3rd day 8th hour

Because of the swelling spikes earlier in the day the doctor was concerned that there was enough room for the expansion so they took another scan to see if they needed to remove a piece of bone in Tony's skull to make room for the expansion. The piece would be put back later a few months down the road. Fortunately, this scan looked better than the last one, so for now they opted not to do the surgery. His numbers are still looking good. We are going to try to sleep now so probably won't blog til morning.
